Lali Michelsen Joins Business of Speed as Chief Creative Officer

New York, NY – September 24, 2025Business of Speed, a racing-focused marketing consultancy, is proud to announce the appointment of Lali Michelsen as its Chief Creative Officer. Michelsen partners with Vincenzo Landino, Managing Director, to lead the innovative venture.

Michelsen brings a wealth of experience to Business of Speed, having dedicated her entire career to Marketing, Advertising, and Communications. Her previous experience in Toronto includes roles as copywriter and creative director at Wunderman, Dentsu, and PUREBLINK.

A lifelong motorsport addict and sports fanatic, she will leverage her creative prowess (and multiple language skills) to help clients get closer to the action through strategic content creation, partnership messaging, C-Suite education, event hosting, corporate Lunch & Learns, pop-ups, and activations.

Michelsen, who grew up in Miami and Colombia and then spent over a decade in New York, developed her love for racing at a very young age, and as she puts it, “F1 and IndyCar are the longest-standing love affairs of my life.” Her top three favorite racing sports include open-wheel racing, Grand Tour Cycling, and America’s Cup racing. She is also a fan of drivers like Michael Schumacher, Lewis Hamilton, and Sebastian Vettel.
